8. What is the Subscriber’s Automatic Renewal Program?
After one term of your subscription (ending either 30 days after the first day of purchase for a monthly term or at the close of the current baseball season for a seasonal term), you authorize MLB.com to charge your credit card in time to renew your subscription, without interruption, before the start of each new term (beginning with the start of the next 30 day term or the next Major League Baseball season) unless you cancel. The charge for the first renewal is the then current rate for the term.
If you were a 2005 subscriber and received an auto-renewal notice and cannot access your subscription this season, please be advised that your credit card could not be processed. You will need to purchase online for the 2006 season. You will not be billed twice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting MLB.com Customer Service toll free in the U.S. at (866) 800-1275 or at
customerservice2@website.mlb.com, and receive a full refund for next term’s renewal fee, but only if that term has not yet begun or if you are less than 10 days into the term and have not yet used your subscription. When canceling a subscription, please include the email address you use to login to your MLB.com subscription.
