Re: Blazers in the Rose -Buona fortuna Brandon-
That's why I'm here. I feel like I can do that. I'm going to have to work for it. I'm going to have to outplay people to do that. I'm here in Portland for a reason. I like Portland. I think I could fit in here well. I have good chemistry with some of the guys who are already here. I feel like I could do a lot here. I like the city here. It's a lot different from Orlando, which I think is neat. i like the pieces here. You have shooters, you have Wesley, a great athletic guard, you have players like Nolan and LaMarcus Aldridge. You have tons of pieces here that are already really good players. I don't know who is staying or going, Jamal [Crawford], [Raymond] Felton, those are all great players. Coming in here, I could fit in, a guy who can handle the ball and get other people the ball as well. Create for himself, when the shot clock is down and you need a play to make, I'm a guy who can do that. That's something I can really fit in here.

Re: Blazers in the Rose -Buona fortuna Brandon-
The draft decisions should come down to Neil, Chad, and Mike Born with the most input, and then Neil making the final call.
With that said, here's my .02. Washington just screwed us out of Beal and Eric Gordon today with the trade they made with the Hornets. Beal is now virtual lock at #3, and NO has more money than us to play with this summer, so all offers on Gordon will be matched.
The rest of Free Agency, outside of Deron Williams, is pretty blah, vanilla, and not franchise-altering. I'd love to see D Will here, but then I pinch myself and remember this is Portland: Land of the middle tier free agent signings.
The draft scares me more, as rarely do you have true franchise players at #6 and beyond. Lillard really scares me, as he has all the scoting potential in the world, but his ability to create for others and play defense is very subpar. He such an enigma playing in a small conference too, that who knows how he is going to transition. And as far as Andre Drummond goes, I'd like to slap anyone's grandma, who says we should draft that soon to be bust.
Honestly, we should try to trade for Kyle Lowry (#11, 40, 41, Jamal contract) who wants out of Houston. He is much better than Lillard will ever be. Then sign a stiff like Kaman or Hawes. Trade down to draft a big like Leonard or Zeller to play behind them, or take a flyer on an upside pick in the teens like Perry Jones 3, Dion Waiters, Austin Rivers. Resign Frenchy and JJ.
Finally, give me Brian Shaw or Mike Malone as coach. And call it a decent offseason

@mikerice6: forget drummond. Dropping

@mikerice6: he will slip. Even lower

Re: Blazers in the Rose -Buona fortuna Brandon-
difficilmente criticabile...

Re: Blazers in the Rose -Buona fortuna Brandon-

Re: Blazers in the Rose -Buona fortuna Brandon-

Re: Blazers in the Rose -Buona fortuna Brandon-
