Nelle vicinanze del canestro fa valere l'atletismo ma manca un pò di coordinazione, elemento però su cui si può tranquillamente lavorare.
Non sa mettere palla a terra, ma ha fatto vedere di avere buone mani anche fuori dall'area verniciata.

in attacco è ancora all'ABC della pallacanestro...non ci sono movimenti fronte spalle canestro, è più efficace in situazioni dinamiche e a rimbalzo.
Però atleticamente è una bestia, va bene a rimbalzo offensivo.
Insomma, a livello di produzione offensiva non sono sicuro sia da subito pronto, ci si deve lavorare sopra secondo me. Tuttavia ha fatto anche in quel senso ottimi progressi durante tutta la stagione.
Io resto dell'idea che Cousins sia molto più pronto e completo come arsenale...
Probabilmente Cousins è quello più pronto per la NBA, ma Favors è un potenziale crack su cui bisogna appunto lavorarci un paio di anni.
Difensivamente parlando preferirei avere quest'ultimo affianco a Lopez (che il suo in attacco lo fa), per me si integrano alla perfezione

At a brunch with beat writers, Mikhail Prokhorov put it simply, "His contract is up and I wish him luck." Prokhorov also confirmed that he is in talks to extend Rod Thorn's contract as president of Nets basketball operations.
Asked if he planned to fire Vandeweghe before the end of next month, Prokhorov said he will "respect" his contract.
Vandeweghe had been instrumental in the Nets rebuilding, having major roles in cutting salary via trades of the team's Big Three for cap space, draft picks and younger players. He ran into trouble when he reportedly helped engineer the firing of Lawrence Frank. As part of the deal, Vandeweghe was appointed interim coach. Various news outlets reported in mid-season that he had tried to arrange a return to the front office by promising Del Harris the head coaching job.
At his noon press conference, Prokhorov did not mention his decision to let Vandeweghe go, but did say there are "four or four" Russian candidates for a front office job but that they will not be competing against each other, but against the NBA standard.

ma come no??? allenatore di grande esperienza, ha già giocato delle finals in carriera..buon sistema difensivo e soprattutto un grande playbook in attacco..gli piace creare una sorta di empatia tra i suoi giocatori, il suo dettame principale è:tutti sono importanti uguali
