dude, he is listed as IR there, so you are free of setting him as IR or LTIR.
You were from february 4th already, if that's how he was listed.
What you reported above is pointless in respect of our regulations for this year, though.

kachlex, non so questo cosa voglia dire.. se venga eliminata l'offerta attuale che Monterey non avrebbe potuto fare oppure se venga terminato uno dei contratti già in essere.

Detroit ha messo Mueller in LTIR, ma il sito di riferimento lo lista solo come doubtful, quindi non è eleggibile manco x la IR semplice:
