Teo wrote: Non so.

Back in March, Appalachian State QB Armanti Edwards showed off for representatives from 10 NFL teams at his pro day, and if you were perplexed before then as to what position he'll play in the NFL, it's even more confusing now. According to Darin Gantt of the Rock Hill (S.C.) Herald, Edwards ran through some traditional passing drills, but also worked in at receiver, and caught some punts, too.
For the Carolina Panthers, who have demonstrated a special interest in Edwards, they need some help at both QB and WR; moreover, as a team, the Panthers were in the middle of the pack in punt returns and second-to-last in kickoff returns in 2009. Other teams that were at the pro day were Kansas City, Buffalo, Washington, Detroit, Baltimore, Pittsburgh, Jacksonville, Philadelphia and Cleveland. Out of that bunch, Buffalo represents the best shot at playing QB at the next level, and with the emphasis on wiliness in Chan Gailey's version of the spread offense, the 185-pound Edwards -- with 4.4 speed in the 40-yard dash -- might be a fit.
Then again, the Eagles make a particular kind of sense, given that Michael Vick could be traded. Edwards can certainly take on a similar role to what Vick did in 2009 for Philly. But there's another team with a savvy offensive-minded head coach that could use a versatile playmaker: the Broncos. Jeff Legwold of the Denver Post notes that Edwards' ability to line up at several different positions would be very attractive to a team like the Broncos that has a need for a playmaker. (This is doubly true now that Brandon Marshall is gone). For now, Kyle Orton and Brady Quinn have a better grasp on the QB position, but it wouldn't be shocking to see Josh McDaniels find a creative way to use Edwards, if the team does decide to go with him next week.

Re: 2010 Nfl Draft - Next stop: Pro Days
The Giants will reportedly be willing to shop Osi Umenyiora on draft day if they select Jason Pierre-Paul with the 15th overall pick.
Umenyiora "can be had for the right price," according to Mike Lombardi of the National Football Post. Though Umenyiora is coming off a poor season, he is due manageable money over the life of his contract and could probably use a change of scenery. He may also be available for as little as a mid-round pick.
:gazza:

Tornando al discorso McDaniels=grandine
Denver (from Chicago): Donald Sutherland, as Professor Jennings in "Animal House." Adult supervision is needed to counter the frat-boy atmosphere 33-year-old head coach Josh McDaniels has brought to the Broncos.

14. Seattle (from Denver): Alphonso Smith, backup cornerback. Smith is the player the Broncos obtained in last year's draft, using Seattle's second-round selection: Denver gave the Seahawks its 2010 first-round pick in return. McDaniels gambled that Smith would be more valuable than anyone available with this choice. Smith has yet to start an NFL game.Teo wrote: Tornando al discorso McDaniels=grandine
