Finalmente una bella partita anche dalla parte sud di Chicago! 
Partita praticamente chiusa al 3° con il grand slam di Swisher!
Anche se questa era la gara che sulla carta mi preoccupava di più nel baseball non si può mai sapere!

Da una fonte insider è emerso, nella sostanza, che Thome avrebbe bisogno di 664 presenze al piatto per far scattare il bonus da $13 M per il 2009. Se non dovesse arrivare a quota 664, i WS avrebbero la possibilità di far scattare l'opzione o di liberarlo con un anno di anticipo. Mancano 83 partite alla fine e lui dovrebbe avere 4,72 presenze al piatto per ricevere il bonus... ce la farà?
