Non è nei progetti soprattutto per il contratto che ha... Deron e Anthony sono stati scambiati perchè vicini alla scadenza.. Aldridge ha ancora 3-4 anni..

comunque io credo in Barnes e sul fatto che possa diventare un uomo franchigia... quindi questo scenario non mi dispiacerebbe affatto..

ma alla fine lo scenario potrebbe essere diverso sia da quello che voglio io e sia da quello che vuoi tu, si scambiano le pick per giocatori pronti da affiancare ad Aldridge..

tu devi scambiare Aldridge perchè se non lo scambi o peschi un primo violino...e non lo peschi,a meno che Lamb sia un fenomeno inesploso(Barnes non lo è e non lo diventerà...)...oppure rimani per 3-4 anni nel limbo...senza speranza di crescere

This draft could very well turn Wesley into a 6th man coming off the bench especially if Portland gets both picks. Someone like Beal or Barnes could step in and immediately start-- like Brandon Roy did-- and contribute.

Mike Rice tweeted yesterday and he believes Portland should trade for a starting point guard (i.e. Rajon Rondo) and then sign a free agent starting center (i.e. Roy Hibbert).

This off season should see to be interesting to say the least.

Can Blazers' management surprise us all with moves like this? We'll see.

E' più o meno quello che farei io blazersmania..

ovviamente terrei tutte e due le pick e quindi niente materiale per Rondo...

però in linea di massima non sarebbe male una roba cosi:

si potrebbero usare le due pick per potenziali go to guy come Barnes e Lamb... come PG passi Marshall ma firmi Dragic.. firmare Hibbert sarebbe il vero problema..

comunque Crawford ha detto che non eserciterà la player option e uscirà dal contratto... bene cosi...

Non parla di grandi mercati, ma di possibilità di vincere... ma soprattutto non parla di vincere SUBITO... parla di 1-2 anni.. gli stessi di cui parlava Aldridge...
Se andasse da Nowitzki non ci sarebbero 1-2 anni da aspettare visto che il tedesco diventerebbe ancora più vecchio...

parla anche di flessibilità, e noi ne avremo molta...

beh...più o meno quello che diciamo noi da mesi

Noi chi Rasho? praticamente dice che non siamo in rebuild ma "reload" e che le scelte sono da scambiare per giocatori pronti..

sarei d'accordo solo se firmassimo Deron... altrimenti sarebbe un disastro...

quando hai chiesto a me o a blazersmania o a pavellicus di sbilanciarci sulle scelte siamo sempre stati molto conservativi...
il motivo,fondamentalmente,era questo...avevo subodorato(e lo avevo anche scritto con esplicito riferimento ad Aldridge...)che una squadra con 2 scelte in quintetto base sarebbe stata difficilissima da vedere...
e anche i rumors sui coach e i GM mi lasciavano questa idea...l'ultimo nome uscito era quello di Larry Brown,certo non un allenatore che avrebbe basato il suo sistema su due rookie nel caso fosse venuto ad allenare qui...

e quando ti dicevo che più delle palline da ping pong contava la scelta della nuova dirigenza...siamo di nuovo li...è fondamentale scegliere uno che ricostruisca per bene,qualunque sia il progetto...

siamo a meno di un mese dalla lottery...e ancora non abbiamo un GM...parlare di scelte e/o FA è ASSOLUTAMENTE INUTILE

Ci ritroveremo a scambiare le scelte per un giocatore che non sposterà molto alla Ellis o alla Iguodala e vedremo esplodere i Barnes o i Lamb da qualche altra parte..

le premesse per diventare i nuovi Atlanta Hawks ci sono tutte se questo è il piano..

Lamb comunque è una scommessa,non è quello il punto...
resti nel limbo se cominci a firmare i Free Agent che non valgono certi soldi...

se scambi per Ellis e costruisci seriamente attorno a Ellis+Batum+Aldridge qualcosa viene fuori...ma ripeto,conta il GM e l'allenatore...

ma non vedo FA che potremmo ricoprire di soldi quest'estate...

la vera paura è usare le scelte per giocatori che non spostano...

Preferisco tutta la vita usare le scelte per Barnes, Lamb o compagnia piuttosto che scambiarle per Iguodala, Joe Johnson o giocatori simili...

Gordon o lo prendiamo da RFA oppure non credo ce lo diano dopo averlo firmato.. a questo punto chi possiamo prendere? solo giocatori che ci portano ad essere gli Atlanta Hawks 2..

se invece dal draft peschiamo i giocatori giusti..

strapagare puoi strapagare chiunque...ad esempio leggo tante vostre possibili squadre con Kaman dentro...a me Kaman piace veramente poco(o meglio mi piaceva 4-5 anni fa)e costerà tanto,perchè dopo che Hibbert rifirmerà con Indiana sarà uno dei top 2-3 centri del mercato...
Batum lo dovrai strapagare per tenerlo...eccetera eccetera...

sul discorso scelte meglio di Iguodala OK...

ma,ribadisco,continui a fare ipotesi sottovalutando il problema..."se al Draft peschiamo quelli giusti"...si ma chi cacchio li sceglie?chi li allenerà?

quello è il problema su cui insisto da un mese...ma senza dubbio è meglio parlare di ipotetici quintetti base per l'anno prossimo

anche a me Kaman non piace... e sinceramente non credo nemmeno che lo cercheremo...

su Batum è già stato detto che se arrivassero offerte folli non verrebbero pareggiate..

sul GM e sul coach si può solo aspettare... le interviste le stanno facendo..
