Green Bay coach Mike McCarthy indicated Monday that rookie WR Greg Jennings might be out for an extended period. Jennings sustained a sprained right ankle after making a catch in traffic in the waning seconds of the first half. Jennings missed the rest of the game and was on crutches as the team returned to Green Bay. "They X-rayed him at the stadium. My understanding is his ankle is not broken; it's an ankle sprain. That's the diagnosis," McCarthy said. Jennings underwent further tests Monday. McCarthy said it's possible the Packers will be without their No. 2 receiver against Arizona on Sunday.

Porc.... l'infortunio di Jennings non ci voleva!!! Ora tutto è di nuovo sulle spalle del vecchio D.D., a proposito, ma che ricezione ha fatto sul Td?!!
Speriamo che si svegli Bubba, finora è stato inconsistente, ci vorrebbe più aiuto dai Te ora che lo spot Wr sarà parzialmente sguarnito!

grande w e ora siamo in una striscia vincente...vabbè di due partite ma la stagione sembra migliorare. buonissima partita di favre senza forzature e con il solo d.d. immenso il running game. la linea ha concesso più di duecento yards di corsa e nessun sack. in difesa si è retto senza mai soffrire. erano i cards...ok...ma fino a due settimane fa erano descritte come una delle squadre più calde della nfl.

la cura mccharty sembra cominciare ad avere effetto.

infine...finalmente si torna a vincere al frozen tundra

31-14 contro Arizona.

Seconda vittoria consecutiva di Green Bay che si porta sul 3-4, partita positiva dei Packers, con un buon Favre che non forza troppo e realizza anche un td. Funziona bene anche il gioco di corsa grazie a Green e Morency, contando che mancava anche Jennings possiamo essere più che soddisfatti.

La prossima contro i Bills...

Sta facendo ottime cose, ho visto tre o quattro partite quest'anno e si sta dando davvero un gran da fare... persino nella batosta di week 1 fu uno dei pochi a uscire davvero atesta alta secondo me, in forma da subito.

kampman: sicuramente un grande DE e da quanto si legge anche un grandissimo professionista.

speriamo resti un formaggino a vita visto che è ancora molto giovane.

riflessioni: ok abbiamo vinto con squadre abbordabili ma ragazzi siamo 3-4 e se si vince domenica si può nutrire qualche speranzina di wild card...inimmaginabile all'inizio. cmq sia la stagioen non sta prendendo una brutta piega e il coaching staff (in cui non credevo molto) non sta lavorando male (risolviAMO il problema big plays concessi e poi ce la giochiamo con molti)
