...è per quello che si faceva la telefonata esplorativa. Il biennalino "light" (lo stesso che abbiamo dato a Bruce e che sarebbe meraviglioso onorasse anche nella seconda annualità così ci toglie dall'empasse) lo proporrei evidentemente anche a lui.
Sì che nel biennio trascorso è sembrato "fatto e finito" ma se avesse ancora qualcosa nel serbatoio io i miei terzi down li vorrei lanciare a quelle mani lì.

Torna ai niners il FB Moran Norris, tagliato dopo l'ultimo TC perché, pare, non gradito a Martz ma molto utile a Gore negli ann passati. Contratto triennale da 5 milioni di $.

...se ho capito bene il link nell'articolo di Maiocco però il fenomeno mentre prendeva l'aereo per venire a San Francisco si è dimenticato che la borsa che si portava dietro l'ultima volta l'aveva usata al poligono di tiro. Ops, una pistola. :lol2:

The 49ers have a "legitimate shot" to land veteran free-agent quarterback Kurt Warner, who led the Arizona Cardinals to the Super Bowl this season, a league source said. A second source with knowledge of the situation said there have been no serious contract discussions.

Ottime le firme di Morris e, soprattutto, di Spikes.
Quella di Warner mi sembra decisamente una sparata, e sinceramente non mi sembra un affare per lui e per noi perché a livello di concezione del prossimo attacco noi non dovremmo essere adatti a lui e lui essere sprecata nel nostro, e considerando che non "verrebbe per due noccioline...."

In 2004, the 49ers had a chance to get receiver T.J. Houshmandzadeh. Then-coach Dennis Erickson pushed hard for the team to acquire Houshmandzadeh as a restricted free agent. He visited the 49ers, and made it known he really wanted to reunite with Erickson, for whom he played at Oregon State. But GM Terry Donahue decided against signing him to an offer sheet. Houshmandzadeh did not catch a pass the previous season because of a torn hamstring. He returned to the Bengals, and caught 73, 78, 90, 112 and 92 passes in the seasons since.
