Mi sono espresso male io. In realtà con "richieste altine" mi riferivo al fatto che fino a ieri aveva un contratto piuttosto alto. Se vuole rifirmare per cifre simili allora appunto potrebbe essere fuori mercato.

il problema è che ai Raiders pare non abbia voluto proprio rinegoziare pur avendo un garantito quest'anno piuttosto alto che non credo sarebbe stato toccato comunque...
la mia impressione è che appena ha sentito odore di taglio questo si sia messo a brindare...

Delle ultime firme mi sembra importante la conferma di Chris Myers a Houston...i Texans stavano perdendo troppi pezzi di linea offensiva.
Poi c'è questo:
A source with knowledge of the situation tells Profootballtalk.com the Cowboys and Redskins are preparing to go "nuclear" on the NFL in response to last week's salary-cap penalties.
The two teams are contemplating "suing anyone and everyone connected" to the surprise removal of a combined $46 million in cap space last week. Although teams were reportedly warned "at least six times" they would face "serious consequences" for dumping salary into the uncapped year in 2010, the Cowboys and Redskins aren't believed to have violated any written rules. This saga is likely just beginning.

Faccio mie queste parole:
The NFL is remorseless in its arrogance and its hypocrisy. It doesn't believe it has to answer to anyone. The lockout (which was clearly a sham, since we now know the league was instructing teams on how to behave while awaiting what it considered an inevitable solution) was more proof of that than anyone should ever need. This latest incident is just a far more narrowly focused example of the same thing. The Cowboys and the Redskins did something the rest of the owners didn't like, so the rest of the owners ganged up on them and took away some of their money. Mob justice, sanctioned by the commissioner. It's not right. It's not fair. But in the end, there's almost nothing the Cowboys and Redskins can do about it.

si scannano per mesi e poi non riescono a scrivere un CBA completo e chiaro?

A dire il vero non credo ci sia una regola su come debbano essere strutturati i contratti...hanno semplicemente approfittato delle circostanze.

OHHHHHHHHHHHHH meno male, avevo previstoi rinnovi di Foster e Briesel invece rinnoviamo Myers, bene dai almeno non smantelliamo la linea, abbiamo perso un buon elemento ma penso che sia """"meno difficile"""" sostituire Brisiel
che uno dei migliori C della lega.
