Non punta sui giovani. Dusty si è rifiutato di chiamare in MLB Heisey e Stubbs, dicendo che non fossero pronti, e continua a schierare Taveras tutti i giorni. Zach Stewart stava facendo la muffa nelle minors.
Il fatto che Bruce sia stato lanciato significa poco: era considerato il prospetto n. 1 nelle minors (e per l'età che ha, ha ancora tantissimo da esprimere), un autentico fenomeno. Tutti gli altri sono stati soppiantati da veterani e da gente che "plays the right way" :roll:

Purtroppo quando si ha questa mentalità è più dannosa che altro, a Dusty piace avere gente veloci nelle basi.
