The Colts probably won't wait long. The move will save $7 million in cap space. Harrison will end his 13-year Colts career with eight Pro Bowls, 1,102 catches (second all time), and 14,580 receiving yards (fourth all time). Philadelphia, his hometown, is being speculated as a possible destination.


NFL.com's Adam Schefter reports that the Raiders will likely release Javon Walker before his $5 million March 3 roster bonus comes due.
If so, Oakland will have parted with three-fourths of its 2008 spending spree, with only DT Tommie Harris remaining. Gibril Wilson and DeAngelo Hall were already jettisoned. Walker caught 15 passes in eight games before his season ended in November due to ankle surgery. The move will cause a $3.33M cap hit, but Al Davis realizes (a year late) that Walker has nothing left.

The Titans have reportedly increased their contract offer to free agent Albert Haynesworth.
There's no word on the new terms, but the sides reportedly had a "productive" meeting Saturday. The Titans' initial offer was $36 million over four years, with $20-25 million guaranteed. Tennessee is expected to continue pursuing Haynesworth right up until the start of the free agency period.

New England likely views Taylor as a Corey Dillon-type addition who could battle Sammy Morris and Laurence Maroney for early-down carries. Buffalo is concerned with Marshawn Lynch's availability for next season following his arrest on three gun charges. It's worth noting that Bills head coach Dick Jauron was on the Jaguars' staff when Taylor was drafted in 1998.

Keeping Taylor would provide some protection against free agent Demetric Evans leaving, but there's reason to think his body is breaking down. For what it's worth Skins DC Greg Blache thinks Taylor has something left in the tank.

Intanto si dice sui forum dei Phins che ci sia un fortissimo interessamento per Jason Brown, la sua firma comporterebbe lo spostamento di Satele a guardia. Su Bell sono dubbioso, non vorrei che proprio perchè è stato il miglior giocatore delle nostre secondarie (non ci voleva granchè) chieda ed ottenga troppo, bisogna tener conto anche del fatto che non è più un ragazzino, anzi, ne fa 31 tra qualche giorno.
