lo stipendio "basso" di Coco, $4.75mil nel '08, $5.75mil nel '09, lo rende molto appetibile per una trade, è vero che con la mazza ha stentato ma difensivamente può far comodo a molti, non dovremmo pagare un bel niente! piuttosto che darlo via per un pezzo di pane e pagargli pure lo stipendio, lo si tiene facendogli accettare la panchina

si, ma ormai è ovvio che lasci boston, se jacoby non venisse tradato nel blockbuster per santana...

alla conclusione dei winter meetings sembrava fosse il pacchetto con Lester (+Crisp, +.....) quello più appebile per i Twins nell'affare Santana, ora voci riportano alla ribalta quello con Ellsbury (+.......)

Roma, ci sono stato in agosto per la terza volta, e' una delle 3 citta' piu' belle del mondo insieme a Siena e Boston.

Beh che succede su questo topic? Era finito in seconda pagina, mi sembrava un'umiliazione per i campioni del mondo.. Allora Santana arriva o non arriva? Cosa dicono gli esperti??

Santana who?
Noi ci godiamo sta post-season, siamo campioni del mondo, lascia che a sbattersi e disperarsi per trade non avvenute, firme non arrivate, siano altri. Noi, stiamo bene così, se arriva altro, tanto meglio, altrimenti no problem...

Infatti sui giornali parlano di Schilling, che ha dichiarato che Clemens deve consegnare i CY awards, ma news su trade, non ce ne sono, solo alcuni contratti di minor league:

The Boston Red Sox have announced the signings of RHP Scott Atchison, RHP Lee Gronkiewicz, C Kevin Cash, 1B/DH Jeff Bailey, 2B Tony Granadillo, 3B Keith Ginter, 2B Joe Thurston and SS Gil Velazquez to minor league contracts. All have been assigned to Pawtucket except Granadillo, who has been assigned to Portland. Bailey and Granadillo return to the Sox system after having spent 2007 with Pawtucket and Lancaster/Portland respectively. Cash also retuns, having spent the last six weeks of 2007 in Boston filling in for the injured Doug Mirabelli. Gronkiewicz posted good numbers splitting time between AA New Hampshire and AAA Syracuse in the Toronto system after starring in relief for the U.S. at the 2007 World Cup. Atchison posted a 4.11 ERA in 22 appearances with San Francisco in 2007. He also spent time with AAA Fresco (Giants). Ginter, who last appeared in the majors in 2005 with Oakland, spent 2007 at AAA Buffalo (Indians). Thurston, a formerly well regarded prospect in the Dodgers system, spent the bulk of the 2007 at AAA Ottawa (Phillies). He has appeared in 55 big league games with Los Angeles and Philadelphia. Velazquez spent 2007 in the Minnesota system, making stops at AA New Britain and AAA Rochester.

Perché era un suo idolo, infatti all'inizio aveva dichiarato che non ci credeva che ci fosse il nome di clemens, dopo alcuni giorni con sta dichiarazione, il suo mito é scomparso
