"My dewy-eyed disney bride, what has tried
swapping your blood with formaldehyde?
monsters?
whiskey-plied voices cried fratricide!
jesus don't you know that you could've died
(you should've died)
with the monsters that talk, monsters that walk the earth

and she's got red lipstick and a bright pair of shoes
and she's got knee high socks, what to cover a bruise
she's got an old death kit she's been meaning to use
she's got blood in her eyes, in her eyes for you
she's got blood in her eyes for you

certain fads, stripes and plaids, singles ads
they run you hot and cold like a rheostat, i mean a thermostat
so you bite on a towel
hope it won't hurt too bad

my dewy-eyed disney bride, what has tried
swapping your blood with formaldehyde?
what monsters that talk, monsters that walk the earth

and she says i like long walks and sci-fi movies
if you're six foot tall and east coast bred
some lonely night we can get together
and i'm gonna tie your wrists with leather
and drill a tiny hole into your head."

Pay me my money down

425,350

I thought I heard the Captain say,
Pay me my money down,
Tomorrow is our sailing day,
Pay me my money down
Oh pay me, oh pay me,
Pay me my money down,
Pay me or go to jail,
Pay me my money down

As soon as the boat was clear of the bar,
Pay me my money down,
The captain knocked me down with a spar,
Pay me my money down

Oh pay me, oh pay me,
Pay me my money down,
Pay me or go to jail,
Pay me my money down

If I'd been a rich man's son,
Pay me my money down,
I'd sit on the river and watch it run,
Pay me my money down

Oh pay me, oh pay me,
Pay me my money down,
Pay me or go to jail,
Pay me my money down

well...
I wish I was Mr Gates,
Pay me my money down,
They'd haul my money it in crates,
Pay me my money down

Oh pay me, oh pay me,
Pay me my money down,
Pay me or go to jail,
Pay me my money down

Well 40 nights, nights at sea
Pay me my money down,
Captain worked every last dollar out of me,
Pay me my money down

Oh pay me, oh pay me,
Pay me my money down,
Pay me or go to jail,
Pay me my money down

Oh pay me, oh pay me,
Pay me my money down,
Pay me or go to jail,
Pay me my money down

pay me my money down
pay me my money down
pay me my money down

Baustelle - Arrivederci

E poi
La storia finirà
Hotel
E letti singoli
Avrò un nuovo cardigan

Arrivederci
E' stato bello
Mi bagliavo
Ti sbagliavi
Era poco più di niente

E poi
La moda passerà
Cognac
E posacenere
Voilà
Un’altra libertà

Arrivederci
Addio per sempre
Mi spogliavo
Ti spogliavi
Era poco più di niente
E poi

Henry Lee

Get down, get down, little Henry Lee
And stay all night with me
You won't find a girl in this damn world
That will compare with me
And the wind did howl and the wind did blow
La la la la la
La la la la lee
A little bird lit down on Henry Lee
I can't get down and I won't get down
And stay all night with thee
For the girl I have in that merry green land
I love far better than thee
And the wind did howl and the wind did blow
La la la la la
La la la la lee
A little bird lit down on Henry Lee
She leaned herself against a fence
Just for a kiss or two
And with a little pen-knife held in her hand
She plugged him through and through
And the wind did roar and the wind did moan
La la la la la
La la la la lee
A little bird lit down on Henry Lee
Come take him by his lilly-white hands
Come take him by his feet
And throw him in this deep deep well
Which is more than one hundred feet
And the wind did howl and the wind did blow
La la la la la
La la la la lee
A little bird lit down on Henry Lee
Lie there, lie there, little Henry Lee
Till the flesh drops from your bones
For the girl you have in that merry green land
Can wait forever for you to come home
And the wind did howl and the wind did moan
La la la la la
La la la la lee
A little bird lit down on Henry Lee

Toto - Africa

Image

I hear the drums echoing tonight
But she hears only whispers of some quiet conversation
She's coming in 12:30 flight
The moonlit wings reflect the stars that guide me towards salvation
I stopped an old man along the way,
Hoping to find some old forgotten words or ancient melodies
He turned to me as if to say, Hurry boy, It's waiting there for you

CHORUS:
It's gonna take a lot to take me away from you
There's nothing that a hundred men or more could ever do
I bless the rains down in Africa
Gonna take some time to do the things we never have

The wild dogs cry out in the night
As they grow restless longing for some solitary company
I know that I must do what's right
As sure as Kilimanjaro rises like Olympus above the Serengeti
I seek to cure what's deep inside, frightened of this thing that I've become

CHORUS

(Instrumental break)

Hurry boy, she's waiting there for you

It's gonna take a lot to take me away from you
There's nothing that a hundred men or more could ever do
I bless the rains down in Africa, I bless the rains down in Africa
I bless the rains down in Africa, I bless the rains down in Africa
I bless the rains down in Africa
Gonna take some time to do the things we never have

Sons & Daughters - Dance Me In

Image

Dance me in
Show me the first part
I’ll pay close detail
To every note in every chart
An escaped voice speaks

From the corner of the room
It’s avoiding the plans
Sneaking past the narrow truth
Everyone else follows through
You speak for all men

The hopeless telling
Of sorries cling to your lungs
In the print of tomorrow
What reminds me of them

Does not remind me of yours
Remind me of the young
Dance me in
Just dance me in

Lose on both sides until there are two
I’m sat at the last table
My talk wearing thin
I’ll wait for answers
I’ll wait for answers
Just dance me in

CCCP Fedeli alla linea - MACISTE contro TUTTI ("Epica Etica Etnica Pathos", 1990)

vecchi, bambini e donne
piangono amare lacrime
d'un pianto caldo antico
d'arcana melodia

i giovani guerrieri i forti i saggi i folli
si rasano si ungono
i cani abbaiano s'agitano i cavalli

E' DISCENDENTE

Forma senza rimpianto
Forma senza speranza
fra montagne lucenti, d'ombre
sotto cieli taglienti
tra scoscesi pendii
IMPRECA MALEDICE
parla sussurra CANTA
parla sussurra CANTA

SOFFOCHERAI TRA GLI STILISTI
IMPRECHERAI TRA I PROGRESSISTI
MALEDIRAI LA FININVEST
MALEDIRAI I CREDIT CARDS

ma si può ascendere il virtù di una Forza che è discendente

Le Prostrazioni
le devozioni esternate
le processioni oranti.
Il fumo denso
di mirra e incenso,
di spezie profumate.
Le Adorazioni
penitenze e digiuni
genuflessioni e Salmi.

Caldo generatore e caldo che consuma
sogni allo scuro rotti mezze parole rantoli
forti odori impregnanti
e carezze cattive..........e umido sudore
e sospiri........................e sorrisi,
una gran voglia di ridere, irresistibile....
(Costanzo show Italia olè Mozzill'o re Ueh!)
tu quoque punk?

sembra sole nascente
il sole d'Occidente
sembra sole che nasce
questo sole calante

irradia l'orizzonte
infiamma il firmamento
e il buio lo sorprende
fosco nero avvolgente

spettacolo caotico
purulento e pio
spettacolo caotico
Disordine e Armonia

spettacolo catodico
complicato e pio
spettacolo catodico
sangue del cuor mio
