E infatti Cuban non ha potuto comprare i Cubs perchè Selig e amici lo avrebbero ostacolato.

This baseball season is best represented by the Cincinnati Reds. Through their first 80 games, the Reds were 40-40 overall, 20-20 at home, 20-20 on the road, 36-36 in nine-inning games, 4-4 in extra inning games, 28-28 against right-handed pitchers, and 12-12 against left-handed pitchers.

Bello!
E io ho notato solo oggi che passando col mouse sopra le palline che rappresentano il punto di arrivo dei lanci, nel gameday, appaiono vari dati in più rispetto a quelli ceh vengono scritti sotto. Oltretutto, c'è anche la velocità di arrivo della palla, non solo quella di rilascio.

Stanotte si è avuto il continuo del match interrotto il 5 maggio nel top dell'11° tra Washington Nationals e Houston Astros. Al termine del match, si è giocato un altro Houston-Washington. Dov'è la questione?
Semplice: la gara del 5 maggio si giocava a Washington, mentre quella di stanotte la squadra di casa era Houston. Quello che non capisco è se si sia giocato sia il b11° e la gara succesiva a Washington se viceversa, entrambi gli eventi si siano svolti a Houston o se dopo il pezzetto rimanente del primo match tutti abbiano preso l'aereo e si siano spostati a Houston, per altro cosa complicata viste le tempistiche.
Qualcuno sa rispondere a questo dubbio?

Prima partita della stagione senza alcun Home Run al Tropicana Field. Si è interrotta la striscia di 41 partite consecutive con almeno un fuoricampo, la terza più lunga per cominciare una stagione. Al secondo posto c'è lo stadio dei Tigers nel 1994 (56 partite) e a guidare la classifica il ballpark degli Angels nel 2000 (65 partite).
