il mio sogno è vedere Ray Guy e Steve Tasker nella Hall Of Fame, finalmente verrebbero nobilitati gli special teams (che rappresentano dopotutto 1/3 del gioco).
Su Guy c'è poco da dire, il concetto di hang time è nato con lui.
Tasker è semplicemente il miglior wedge buster di sempre.

Sul resto della truppa, c'è tantissima gente meritevole.
Tra i qb, Stabler ha 1 MVP e 1 Super Bowl (e statistiche all-time molto simili a quelle di Joe Namath). Jim Plunkett ha vinto 2 Super Bowls. Ken Anderson è stato uno dei migliori della sua generazione (nonchè uno dei qb più accurati di sempre), Phil Simms ha avuto la migliore prestazione di sempre per un qb in un Super Bowl.
Tra i runners, su tutti direi che c'è Roger Craig, se non sbaglio primo uomo ad accumulare nella stessa stagione regolare più di 1000 yards sia su ricezione che su corsa.
Tra gli offensive linemen, ben 3 "Hogs" (Joe Jacoby, Russ Grimm, Mark May).
Sarà dura fare una selezione che faccia davvero giustizia.

Saro' di parte, ma Bruce Smith (e i suoi 200 sack) merita l'HOF da subito. solo il Ministro della Difesa poteva competere con lui.

Question of the week, as asked of new San Francisco 49ers coach Mike Singletary by Fox sideline reporter Danyelle Sargent during Sunday's game against the Seattle Seahawks: "I heard that your mentor Bill Walsh was one of the first phone calls that you made when you found out that you had the job. What does it mean to you to be the head coach of the 49ers?" Bill Walsh could not be reached for comment. He died in July 2007. It was Sargent's first foray into sideline reporting.
