Finalmente siamo noi ad asfaltare qualcuno.
Battiamo 7-1 i Capitals.
Partita giocata molto bene dai Leafs nonostante l'assenza di 7 giocatori dal lineup.
Menzione d'onore(capita...) per la super prestazione di Gustavsson che ferma 40 tiri su 41.
Prima della partita mi aspettavo un'altra L ma la squadra mi ha sorpreso in positivo sfoggiando un bel gioco supportato da una velocità a dir poco straordinaria sfruttando(era ora!!!) anche le occasioni in power play.
Il penalty kill per una notte ha funzionato producendo nel finale anche uno shorthanded goal di Steckel(former Capitals).

Brian Burke, President and GM of the Maple Leafs, announced Tuesday that the club has signed 2011 first-round draft choice Stuart Percy to a three year Entry Level contract. Percy, 18, was selected 25th overall in the NHL Entry Draft by the Maple Leafs on June 24.

The Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan announced on Friday that will sell its 79.5 per cent stake in Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment to Rogers Communications and Bell Canada Enterprises for $1.32 billion.

Il nostro schifosissimo Penalty Killing e le nostre boiate in difesa ci costeranno l'accesso ai playoffs.
Stanotte contro Buffalo ho perso il conto delle imprecazioni per non parlare dell'arbitraggio a dir poco scadente.

viaggio lungo dai...e poi si sa che giocavano in PP tutta sera, meno di 20 tiri comunque è capitato poche poche volte eh...evabbeh
