"I'm shocked," he said in an exclusive interview with FOXSports.com. "It didn't make sense not to do this deal. It's winding down for me and this team is rebuilding. If they said from the get-go, 'No, we're not going to trade you,' that would've been better than how this whole thing unfolded. But that's not what happened.

"Last night I talked to Carl (Peterson, Chiefs President and GM) and I point-blank asked him what it would take to get it done. I wanted to know if it could happen with a fourth (-round pick). He started talking about a second and a fifth like the Shockey deal. Nobody is going to trade a second for a 32-year-old tight end. All along Carl said he would do something that works for both parties. Then he talked about how he traded a third for Willie Roaf, and he made it pretty clear to me that's what was going to get it done. That was certainly fair.

"I know teams offered a third and in the end, Carl made the asking price a second. I'm very disappointed that he didn't go through with it after he told me he was going to try to make it happen. I've been around this league a long time, it's a business. There's nothing I can do about it. I was pissed off about it, but I'll get over it. I won't let it affect my play and my preparation."

Sicuro?

Male.

Al Lambeu Field...

"Two older women in their late 70s were sitting behind two Bears fans at a Packers-Bears matchup. The Bears scored a touchdown and the Bears fans stood up and cheered. The two old ladies dumped their beers on them when they sat down. Hilarious. The Bears fans didn't know what to do."

"I avoid that by never going to the Raiders games. Basically, Raiders fans should all be either turned away or arrested, maybe both."
"Every year the 'Raider Nation' shows up and as a group act like a---s. My whole family has season tickets and my mom and some of our friends don't bother to show up because of how most (definitely not all of them) act."
"We play the Raiders every year ... take your pick of any violent incident possible."
"A Raiders fan was caught on tape stabbing a Chargers fan once at the stadium. After that, they no longer sold single-game tickets to home games against the Raiders. Yeah, I still don't go to those."

:naughty:

Al Soldier Field, per par condicio.... :lol2: :lol2:

"A guy in a Favre jersey got pelted with food and beer from about 10 people, but he had it coming."
"A guy wearing a Barry Sanders jersey (one week after he retired) slipped and fell on the steps. There was much pointing and laughing."
"A guy wearing an Eagles hard helmet got pelted with chicken wings."
"Nacho cheese was dumped over a Green Bay Packers fan. It gives "Cheese Head" a new meaning. Go Bears!"

:penso:
Urgono spiegazioni al niubbo.
