Notizia che non stupisce. L'incompetenza la fà da padrona.
Questi coglioni dei Ford continuano a licenziare a casaccio ma tengono sempre al loro posto la vera causa delle miserie dei Lions.
Come si faccia a continuare a pagare uno come Millen rimane un mistero.
Sono schifato.

Anche questa è una soluzione, ma con Martz non funziona... di solito lo si caccia perché si cerca qualcuno più... equilibrato. :hehe:

china ma in effetti han promosso l'offensive line coordinator. e poi essere più equilibrato di martz basterebbe pure teo sbronzo a carpi...

ALLEN PARK, MI -- The Detroit Lions announced Tuesday that they have signed free agent safety Dwight Smith to a two-year deal. No other terms of Smith’s contract were disclosed.
Smith (5-10, 201) is entering his eighth NFL season and brings experience as both a safety and nickel cornerback to the Lions' secondary.

The Detroit Free Press reports that the Lions had LB Jonathan Vilma in for a physical on Wednesday, a sign that they may be considering a trade for him. The Lions have a need for a middle linebacker in their 4-3 Tampa-2 defensive scheme and might be offering DT Shaun Rogers in trade for him. Vilma was allegedly checked out at the NFL Combine by several teams, but the Lions brought him in for a personal look-see. Coach Rod Marinelli wouldn't comment on the visit. "We're just talking. Nothing's changed," he said.

ora c'è anche guerra pare, Millen che vorrebbe mettere in panca Kitna (ritenuto bollito) per far giocare il pupillo Edwards (e dimostrare così che almeno una volta ci ha azzeccato al draft), poi la grana Spikes a cui offrono una buona proposta ma firma per SF

Coach Rod Marinelli wanted to sign free agent Takeo Spikes to play strong-side linebacker. Spikes visited Detroit, the Lions put an offer on the table and Spikes signed with San Francisco.
So now what? The Lions have been trying to upgrade linebacker for months. They tried to trade for Jonathan Vilma, but the Jets traded him to the Saints instead. They kicked the tires on free agents Al Wilson and Dan Morgan, but didn't sign them. They targeted Jerod Mayo in the draft, but New England nabbed him first and they settled for Jordon Dizon.
Now the Lions have some decisions to make. Ernie Sims is established on the weak side. But who is going to play the middle? And will anyone move from the middle to the strong side?
