maybe you guys feel you're the only ones entitled to place multiple biddings on a player once you were the first to bid for him?  :lmao:

If you don't feel like having to bid multiple times to get a player you can still place right away your best offer once and for all.

If instead, understandably, you don't want to do so, why other GMs should then?
they have every right to place multiple bids on your player as much as you are doing, cause guess what, that's not your player until you sign him.
Let me try to explain the situation to you Mik. This whole bidding process has been extremely frustrating and time consuming. I certainly know there are no UFAs that I "own." But, what's tending to happen is that your having a couple pricks who are bidding on players that are sure to end up on my team, or someone else's until they get bidded on that last moment. This resets the whole bidding process back another 3 more days with who knows what is going to happen. Clearly, there are some players that I like. I do call them my players only to the extent that I like them. But, if someone else likes them, that's fine with me. But, it's just not cool for a competitor to wait until the last second to make a bid on them to reset back the whole bidding process. If my competitor is actually genuinely interested in them, they, theoretically, should have bid on them sooner. Not pull a jackass move like the ones ClaudeGiroux has been pulling off. It's a big pain in the ass and it makes me wonder whether or not the precious time that I am investing on the stanleit website is actually paying off. Input does not equal output.

Now, I find myself bidding on a huge number of extra players just to facilitate interest in other good players that are available to be had so that people won't bid on the players that I really want. I am also pulling off counter-jackass moves on Philly as retaliation. Now, all I can do is be prudent and have no choice now except to make bids at the last second because I am running out of cap space. I know I created this situation for myself and I can live with that. But, it shouldn't have to happen. Things just aren't being done in good faith anymore. Other GMs will agree with me on that. The evidence for all the side-show bidding and mind gaming between people is littered throughout this thread (even with yourself Mik). I am not in a hockey pool for drama. I want things to be legitimate. I think there are two things that can resolve this situation. We can either have a bid count. Or we can just say that the furthest that an auction can be set back for a player just only to one day. I can tell you, Mik, I'd much rather watch "America's Got Talent" than continue bidding on players this current way...and that show (aside from the gravity people and the girl who can sing opera) is pretty damn lame.

Will become a C next season, unless 2 things will happen altogether: he becomes UFA next off-season and a new change of role is deemed appropriate after his play in this season.

So, if you're going to make offers for him in this free agency, please take into consideration that for the 2nd (and 3rd) year of his eventual multiyear contract his role will switch from C/LW to C.

Thanks for your attention.
merda non ero stato abbastanza attento :figo:

Bravo, bravo, continua a dire cazzate.
