Atlanta firma i G Peter Mannino e Drew MacIntyre. Il primo mi sembra scarsino, il secondo no: The Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, native appeared in 55 games last season with the AHL’s Milwaukee Admirals, posting a 34-15-4 record with four shutouts, a 2.30 goals-against average and a .921 save percentage.  He led the league in wins, ranked fifth in goals-against average and was sixth in save percentage.  MacIntyre posted a 7-4 record with one shutout, a 1.65 goals-against average and a .931 save percentage in 11 post-season games with the Admirals last season.

Tanguay a Colorado o SJ.

The Chicago Blackhawks have responded very quickly to a grievance filed by the NHL Player's Association of mishandling their qualifying offers to restricted free-agents by signing defenceman Cam Barker to a three-year, $9.25 million contract extension.

:penso:

:disgusto:

The agent for Chris Pronger told Sportsnet that his client has signed a seven-year contract extension that will likely see the defenceman finish his career in Philadelphia.
The extension is front-loaded to lower the salary cap hit, and is rumoured to be worth $35 million, or five million per season.

According to a report in the Arlington Heights Daily Herald, the Hawks are finalizing a three-year contract worth more than $9 million with forward Kris Versteeg.  The contract is similar to the one signed by defenceman Cam Barker on Monday.

Ma questi i soldi li cagano?
