Ultimamente io mi sto intrippando un sacco con i Dilated People e gli Swollen Members. Soprattutto rispettivamente The Platform e Balance.

Oggi stavo ascoltando Kurupt e mi è venuto in mente che doveva fare un disco con Quik. Ho visto che è uscito un pò di tempo fa, me lo sono perso, com'è?

Platform è uno dei migliori dischi usciti dal 2000 ad oggi, a mio parere.

Concordo assolutamente. Potrei ascoltare Ear Drums Pop per giorni senza stancarmi.
Anche con Expansion Team si sono mantenuti vicino a quel livello, è almeno lo stesso fottuto campo da gioco..
Poi con gli ultimi 2 sono sensibilmente calati, restando seppur molto godibili.

Ti quoto in pieno, Ear Drums Pop spacca che è un piacere, la stessa The Platform ha una base incredibile, e mi piace molto anche Work The Angles, ancora più bella nella versione remix con A.G., Defari ed Xzibit.

Anche a me è piaciuto molto Expansion Team, ma gli ultimi 2 dischi non hanno niente a che vedere in primi due. Nemmeno il solista di Evidence è un granchè.

Tra i chicani sono quelli che preferisco di più, forse perchè rappano principalmente in inglese. Sono tra i pochi che spingono ancora un certo sound nella West (come del resto quasi tutti i latinos), peccato che gli argomenti siano sempre gli stessi e diventano ripetitivi dopo un po, ma direi che sono in grande e ottima compagnia.

Ragazzi mi potreste dare una mano a trovare il titolo di una canzone

premetto l'ho sentita molte volte nei remix nba, ma è da una settimana che giro sul tubo e non la trovo, provo a citarvela per vedere se provate a riconoscerla è famossisima, non è nuova è abb vecchia
