Due dipartite, entrambi ex Bears. Se ne va Al Campana, 83 anni, che giocò tutta la carriera a Chicago, ai Bears tra il 1950 e il 1952 e poi ai Cardinals. Un attacco cardiaco ha invece stroncato la giovane vita di Ken Anderson (33) che pochi ricorderanno visto le pochissime apparizioni a fine anni 90.

Miles Austin did not visit with the Jets as expected Friday, but he's still planning on meeting with the team.
There's no word yet on the reason for the change in schedule. Austin, a star at Monmouth University in New Jersey, is expected to draw an offer the Jets when he does meet with them.

The Newark Star-Ledger reports that restricted free agent WR Miles Austin did in fact meet with the Jets on Friday, contrary to an earlier New York Daily News report.
The Jets have not yet signed Austin to an offer sheet, but they informed him that an offer is forthcoming. The Cowboys were reportedly "preparing a plan" to ensure that they don't lose Austin, so they would likely match the Jets' offer.

Prendo buona la seconda "source" per dire che non so se sono più scemi i Jets ad offrirgli un contratto rischiando di perdere una seconda scelta, o siamo più idioti noi a pareggiare l' offerta e non prendere la loro seconda scelta.

Non sono molto d' accordo sul fatto che l' affare Cassell visto da Kansas City sia tra i migliori, devo dire che al di là dell' oceano hanno una grandissima considerazione in generale per l' ex QB dei pats, avranno ragione loro :figo: . Mettere il bolline "dumbest" sui Broncos per l' affare Cutler è un pò troppo ingeneroso e semplicistico. La conferma di Phillips, non so, io son contento che gli sia data la possibilità di concludere il suo contratto, al momento ha molte critiche contro, anche giustamente, vediamo che riesce a fare questa stagione ed avremo la risposta definitiva, questa stagione sarà fondamentale per tutto il coaching staff di Dallas, prendere una decisione dopo la brutta stagione scorsa era secondo me una cosa affrettata
