c' è il rischio dell' intervento che porrebbe fine alla stagione di Boller, a sto punto i Ravens sono nelle mani di due rookie, praticamente.

Intanto gli ultimi movimenti dei Ravens hanno portato a casa Marques Douglas, DE che aveva già giocato a Baltimore in passato; e Lorenzo Neal, veterano FB da San Diego (in realtà Neal il 12 Agosto, ma ero in vacanza e non l'ho segnalato).

A dire il vero anche io non avevo notato la notizia....cmq sicuramente un buon acquisto, così adesso abbiamo un veterano (o vecchietto se preferite) ed un Sophomore, McClein.

Troy Smith è in ospedale, problemi alle tonsille. I Ravens per ora non rilasciano dichiarazioni. E' stato ricoverato il 28 Agosto, si sa soltanto questo.

Sembra che, forzatamente, sarà Flacco a condurre la squadra per la Week 1.

Sono out sia Boller che Smith. Si parlava di Simms, è arrivato Harrington. Poco da commentare.

A questo punto la rivalità della Week 1 diventa Flacco - Harrington.

Ma quando Smith sarà al 100%, la squadra è sua.

The 18th overall selection from Delaware started the final two preseason games for the Ravens and appeared to get more comfortable with each snap.

Ma era un acquisizione che andava comunque fatta. Boller è probabilmente fuori per tutta la stagione. Smith ne avrà per almeno 2-3 giornate. Se succede qualcosa a Flacco chi va a lanciare??
Sulla piazza si parlava di Simms o di Harrington. E' stato preso il secondo, va bene così.
