Intanto Michael Lewis verrà tenuto precuazionalmente a riposo dopo la terza commozione dal TC, Reggie Smith è ancora fuori con problemi al ginocchio e quindi Roman sarà il titolare mentre il rookie Taylor sarà la terza safety a referto.
Il terzo QB Nate Davis ha l'influenza (non suina) e neanche partirà per Houston.

Singletary ribadisce la fiducia ad Hill:

I wanted to go with the guy who gave us the best chance to win, and felt Shaun Hill was that guy," Singletary said. "Who knows what happens in a season, but coaches and myself believe in Shaun and his ability to move the team and help us win football games."

Singletary non ha un buon ricordo della sua prima gara tra i pro: :D

Singletary said he got the call from the sideline and veteran Gary Fencik thought the call was something else. Singletary and Fencik were arguing in the huddle, and Singletary called a timeout. Ryan was not pleased.

"I got to the sideline, he (Ryan) tells me to sit down, curses me out and I didn't get up the rest of the game," Singletary said.

Come è già stato detto è una partita davvero fondamentale, speriamo che la scoppola rimediata contro i Falcons 15 fa sia alle spalle.
Ma la partita è alle 18 ora italiana, giusto?

Penso sia solo per non addossare tutte le colpe su Hill. A me è piaciuta meno la risposta alla domanda su Rossum: mi sa che c'è qualcosa sotto (di comportamentale) che non sappiamo...

L'ho letta sul blog di Maiocco:

Io l'ho sospettato fin dall'inizio che ci fosse qualcosa sotto, dal punto di vista strettamente tecnico quel taglio non aveva alcun senso (soprattutto non avendo preso qualcuno migliore per sostituire Rossum).
Sulla questione QB anche io la penso penso così, sarebbe follia pura non far partire Alex Smith domenica prossima.
Detto ciò, speriamo che i Giants battano i Cardinals stanotte!
