Spettacolare la bimba e complimenti per il cappellino!

Come mio solito cerco di riportare un po' di sano ottimismo nel topic: siamo la peggior squadra offensiva dell'era "moderna" del football (da quanod hanno cmabiato le regole sulla difesa permessa ai DB:

In 1978, the NFL adopted some rules to help make the game more exciting. Defenders were restricted from maintaining contact with receivers after 5 yards. And pass-blocking rules were tweaked to allow the extending of arms and open hands.

As expected, offensive production spiked and passing yardage increased dramatically over nearly three decades.

Now, the 49ers' offense has returned to the Dark Ages.

The 49ers have fewer than 200 net yards passing for 21 consecutive games. It is the longest streak of futility since the NFL changed the rules 29 years ago to prevent this sort of thing from happening.

Quarterback Alex Smith has thrown for more than 200 yards three times and Trent Dilfer had a 209-yard game during that period. But with negative yardage for sacks counting against a team's net passing, the 49ers have fallen short of 200 every game since Smith's career-best 293-yard game against the Philadelphia Eagles early last season.

Every other notable streak occurred before the rules changes. The longest streak of fewer than 200 yard net passing belongs to the Cleveland Browns, who went 53 games from 1971-75.

La bimba è bellissima, ma non sembra felice di indossare quel cappellino. 

concordo con china. mal lo sopporta. mi immagino la scena con lo zio tutto orgolioso e lei che pensa: "e poi la bambina sarei io?"

Da cosa lo deduci? o tu sei esperto di foto a bambine "costrette" ad indossare indumenti di squadre NFL?

La mia è un caso diverso, come il battesimo. E' un'imposizione paterna, crescerà come se fosse del tutto normale tifare una squadra che sta a migliaia di chilometri di distanza e guardare le partite quando le persone normali dormono. 

dalla foto in mio possesso posso dire che alice era piuttosto orgogliosa del suo abbigliamento e non vi era traccia di tristessa.

Infatti...
In realtà sta aspettando il momento propizio per strappare il telefonino dalle mani dello zio e buttarlo per terra (il telefonino, non lo zio...).

Comment: Matt, I know you can't get into too much detail about practice, but looking at these numbers I can't say I'm impressed or surprised by the low completion percentages. When you see the offense in practice do they have the same problems with inaccurate passes and dropped balls? I guess I'm wondering is this is the norm for these guys or if something happens on game day (adrenaline, lack of trust, etc) to impact the timing.

E questo e' un bel macigno: non e' che giocano male in partita, e' proprio questo il loro livello!!!

Piccola nota positiva (sempre Maiocco):
I was driving home this evening and listened to Tully Banta-Cain on KNBR with Ralph and Tom. He said some interesting things. He concurred that the offense has not practiced well. But he also mentioned that today might have been the best practice he's seen out of the offense this season. (I wasn't going to say anything, since I also said last week that I thought Alex Smith threw the ball a lot better in practice than he did the previous week.)
