Back in early June, Buffalo Bills defensive end Aaron Schobel told The Buffalo News "I don't think I'm going to play"  (in 2010). A little over a month later, on the eve of his Bills teammates reporting to St. John Fisher College for training camp, Schobel has changed his stance. Slightly.
"I would say I'm leaning more towards doing it than I was a month ago," Schobel told WKBW's Jeff Russo. "At this point I'm thinking about it. At that point I didn't want to even consider it."
Schobel also told WKBW that he has been following a diet and working out as he continues to ponder his playing future. He is still undecided as to whether or not he'll return, but Russo reports that Schobel plans to make a final decision within the next 10 days.
"I don't want it to be January and say I wish I would have tried," Schobel told Russo.
Schobel still sounds unsure how much leeway the team will give him in terms of the amount of time he'll require to make his decision. The chances that he'll be in Rochester tomorrow are very, very small. Buffalo's stance has been steadfast all along, as GM Buddy Nix and head coach Chan Gailey have repeated that they'd like him to play, but would understand if he didn't.

Firmato il secondo giro il NT Torell Troup:
According to reports, Troup agreed to a four-year deal worth a maximum of roughly $4.61-million with a shade over $2.6-million of it guaranteed.
Ora manca solo la firma di CJ Spiller che dovrebbe essere facilitata dalla recente firma di Rolando McClain scelto prorpio la posizione prima del RB di Clemson.

Prime notizie dal Training Camp:
- il POZ è stato operato per un problema al “groin” (credo inguine) e sarà “limitato” per le prime settimane del Camp
- al primo allenamento si è fatto male Kelsay alla spalla e la momento sono incerti i tempi di recupero
- Steve Johnson è il ricevitore N.2 opposto a Lee Evans. Chan Gailey ha detto che Johnson ha guadagnato il posto durante la offseason. Roscoe Parrish è il terzo in rotazione
- Trent Edwards è lo starting quarterback .. seguono Fitzpatrick e Brian Brohm (questa sa tanto di bocciatura)
- Ma la vera notizia (per me inaspettata) è che Maybin non era titolare con il primo gruppo, gli è stato preferito Torbor
- la OL titolare è Bell – Levitre - Hangartner - Wood - Green con Ed Wang secondo per la posizione di LT e Meredith come RT (ci sono molte possibilità che Meredith parta starter a destra la prima di campionato)
- James Hardy è ufficialmete un bust e forse anche Maybin

ahahahahaha non ci crederai teo, ma proprio ieri sera mi sono caricato sulla pennetta la puntata di football by dummies dell' anno scorso sul draft, quella con gli interventi registrati live a carpi, e mi sono messo a ridere da solo in macchina mentre guidavo ascoltando tra le altre le tue uscite su Maybin, cito testuale: "è una cagata...è una cagata...perchè....avevi della gente disponibile....tipo orakpo, oher....maybin lo prendi se son andati via tutti (anche dario, ndr), è una cagata, ma è una cagata che per la dirigenza di buffalo è giusta, perchè la dirigenza di buffalo fa cagate"
