Celtics Will Meet With Kwame Brown

The Celtics have scheduled a meeting with free-agent Kwame Brown for Wednesday in Orlando.

"We're checking out a lot of possibilities - it's still very early in the process," Danny Ainge said.

Boston is expected to look at a number of big men, including Shaquille O'Neal, who Ainge says the team hasn't set up a meeting with yet.

"He lives pretty close to (the Orlando Summer League), so he's going to drive down to meet with Danny and Doc," said agent Mark Bartelstein. "They want to get to know him a little bit."

Sulla S&T Cleveland-Toronto: non ha senso per Bosh, che vuole andare in una grande città, e se proprio non può rinunciare ai 30 milioni meglio andare a Houston che è casa sua e trova una buona squadra.
Non ha senso per Toronto che si intaserebbe il cap senza spostare NULLA.

Riguardo a Kwame: i Celtics ogni anno aggiungono un lungo BUST da lottery passate: prima O'Bryant, poi Shelden Williams, ora Darkone mani di bambola

Ma noi non abbiamo il prescelto perche penso che sia palese che CB firma esclusivamente a CLE perche c'e James.

Mah, secondo me il fatto che Cleveland sia un postaccio non aiuta...ed è un postaccio infame. Ci scommetto, e perderò probabilmente, che all'inizio della prossima stagione Bosh non sarà a Cleveland. Già giochi con lebron (quindi non sei più la prima donna), in un mercato non esaltante. Meglio fare il solista ai Nets o a Houston(ma neanche tanto) o il secondo violino ai Bulls o a Miami no?

I Cavs non si aspettano la firma di Bosh, ma secondo loro questo dialogo con Toronto è chiaro sintomo che James vuole restare a Cleveland. Contenti loro...

Per me la trade è un suicidio per Cleveland e un grosso fastidio per i Raptors, poi che vadano pure avanti, ma io la vedo cosi: tutti sanno che quasi sicuramente Bosh dirà di no, quindi i Cavaliers hanno fatto un test sulla fedeltà del Prescelto, mostrandogli che loro la trade l'avevano anche trovata (pur smantellando tutto), ma è stato quel testone di Bosh a dire di no; i Raptors invece cercano di mettere fretta alle altre pretendenti che potrebbero fare S&T per Bosh, mostrando che stanno per cederlo e cosi facendo bloccando anche James. Se è veramente cosi quasi spero che Bosh accetti, cosi vedremo poi cosa accade...

Chris Bosh will be signed-and-traded to the Miami Heat along with Jose Calderon.

The Heat will send Mario Chalmers and two future-round picks to the Raptors. Toronto will also receive a large trade exception in the deal.

Se la trade è questa mi si rivaluta alla grande Colangelo...ricostruzione per ricostruzione..ti liberi di un contrattone inutile..e mandi Miss Bosh a non vincere nulla al sole della florida..
