I do have Price on my team, so i should only hope for the best for him, but i have to say watching him completely fall on his face in Montreal would be very entertaining. The way Halak has always been treated by Habs' management and fans.. wow, terrible.TheDominator wrote: WOW...such a dumb move.

congrats to the blues for the great pickup, they won't miss eller since they already have lots of good young forwards.
On the other hand, Price was considered the second coming of Roy from the day one before proving anything, awarded everlasting god status no matter what.
Considering to date Halak was able to manage Montreal pressure MUCH better than Price, this is definitely a risky decision.
Two other things to consider .. for how much will Halak sign in StLouis (how much money was he asking for) and how Eller's health really is?
It would be interesting to know if it was the Habs going after him since the begininning of negotiations, or if it was the Blues refusing to give up someone else, turning to Eller while adding Schultz. The latter case could lead to think Blues are not too confident about Eller's problems being 100% solved.
