Stallworth si è dichiarato colpevole.
visto questo, e visto che ha aiutato la famiglia della vittima la pena è:
- 30 giorni di carcere
- 2 anni di domiciliari (però sembra che possa giocare lo stesso)
- 8 anni di libertà vigilata
- sospensione della patente a vita
- 1000 ore di servizio alla comunità
- test periodici su droga e alcol

l'altrernativa erano 15 anni di prigione :gazza:

"When you're looking at Plaxico Burress, there's no doubt that he can be a dominant receiver at times on Sundays," Hasselbeck said. "We've seen it. But with that being said, I played with the guy. Infatti i Giants hanno vinto un Super Bowl grazie al contributo fondamentale di Hasselbeck come uomo di spogliatoio... le prestazioni sul campo non contano!
