Più precisamente il contratto, secondo Maiocco, sembra essere:

Balmer's contract is five years, $8 million. He can earn up to $11 million over the span of the deal if he hits every incentive, which includes Rookie-of-the-Year honors, Pro Bowl appearances and a high play-time percentage

Bryant Young non è più un giocatore dei niners, ma è ancora uno della famiglia ed era al camp per accogliere i giocatori, in particolare Balmer a cui ha offerto il proprio aiuto:

Bryant Young also reported to camp today, but not as a player. (He is retired -- and he's apparently not planning a Favreian flip-flop.)

Young met Balmer and told him that he plans to be around a lot. I don't know at this point if B.Y. is on the 49ers' payroll, but he could definitely be an asset to players as someone to they could look up to for guidance.

Balmer, a life-long 49ers fan, said he immediately recognized Young. And Balmer was shocked that B.Y. knew him, too.

"He said he'll be around consistently, and everytime I see him I'm going to try to milk him for knowledge," Balmer said.

"He is a polite guy -- great guy. I didn't know he knew who I was. I wanted to hug him and jump on him, 'That's Bryant Young!' He was a real cool guy. We got a chance to talk and I'm going to talk to him every chance I get."

Intanto è ufficiale l'allenamento insieme ai Raiders:

The 49ers will travel to Napa to hold a joint practice against the Raiders on Monday, Aug. 4. The 49ers and Raiders will open the exhibition season against each other Friday, Aug. 8, in Oakland.

The practices will not be open to the general public, but the media will be allowed access.

stavo acquistando i biglietti ma accettano solo visa e io ho mastercard...

di visa ho la postepay ma non me la accettata al momento della transazione...

cosa faccio?provo a scrivere ai 49ers....

il problema è che poi i biglietti devo ritirarli allo stadio e lì devo presentarmi con la carta con cui ho acquistato i biglietti...

allora adesso mi sono buttato su ebay.com e ce ne sono che vendono biglietti per quella partita....
