7 cucchi all'anno ridicoli, solo per la carenza di D decenti nel mercato. Come ha detto Robin, voglio vedere se e a che cifre tenteranno di rifirmare Kane e Toews al momento opportuno. Per l'anno in corso sicuramente squadra da tenere d'occhio i Blackhawks, rinforzati dietro e con due goalie importanti. Gran acquisto dei Devils a mio avviso, Rolston ottimo per quel sistema (spero di non sbagliarmi) e molto buono l'innesto di Metropolit a Phila. Per quanto riguarda Florida Stillman meglio di niente visto che non erano annunciati acquisti (semmai partenze, visto che Bouwmeester è incazzato per la trade Jokinen), ma ci avrei preso dentro pure con Tucker a sto punto, firmato a 2 e qualcosa l'anno dagli Avs. Attendo che Emery venga piazzato (In europa (cit.)), non voglio credere che i Caps siano a posto con Theodore. Attendo anche il colpaccio dei Canucks che li porterà al titolo.

I Devils firmano Bobby Holik e Brian Rolston. Il primo contratto per un anno, il secondo per 4.
Che dire....non abbiamo certo ringiovanito la squadra. Cmq Rolston mi piace, a Minnesota ha fatto bene. Dicono che giocherà in linea con Elias.
Holik si poteva ance evitare.....ameno per me.

Se arriva Sundin ci sarebbero Sundin, H. Sedin, Wellwood, Kesler, R. Johnson, Rypien, White e Hodgson come C al training camp, Morrison puo' chiedere pure due spicci, ma difficilmente restera'. Naslund non era nemmeno tra i top 10 UFA della lista di TSN (e ESPN se non sbaglio, ma poco contano gli americani) e alla trade deadline non e' stato calcolato da nessuno. Il suo valore e' di gran lunga inferiore alla meta' di quello che prendeva fino all'anno scorso (6 mil). Con i 2.1m investiti ieri (Johnson e Wellwood) e i 2.5 potenziali investiti in Backes (ma un'offerta cosi' probabilmente verra' matchata da St.Louis) Vancouver e' appena al salary floor quindi all'incirca 18 milioni di spazio salariale da investire, tra le altre cose, in un backup e un difensore. Non ho ben capito l'offerta a Sundin, dato che si parla di 5 milioni l'anno piu' incentivi, quindi non so che cap hit avrebbe.

Se non si muovono per davvero, poi nessuno vorrà più andare a giocare in questa squadra... Tempi di magra all'orizzonte...
